    Sally Beauty Holdings (NYSE: SBH) is the world’s largest wholesale and retail distributor of beauty supplies.  Our world headquarters is conveniently located in Denton Texas, just 5 minutes north of Lake Lewisville off of I35E. We currently have an opening for a Sr. Exec Compensation Analyst. 
     
    Our Sr. Executive Comp Analyst will assists in the preparation of all Executive Compensation related materials (i.e. Compensation Committee meeting preparation, proxy materials, market pricing, and incentive plan design/administration. Capable of providing additional analytical support to the compensation department. Responsible for ensuring the Company’s Equity Plans are accurately and efficiently administered in compliance with SEC regulations and SOX procedures.

    Responsibilities (Text Only)

    - Assists in the preparation of materials required for Compensation Committee meetings. Also assist with compiling information and data on executive compensation for inclusion in annual proxy statements and other required documentation. Helps with market pricings for new hires and promotions. Coordination with outside vendors/consultants for timing of deliverables and billing
    - Responsible for all aspects of equity administration; including but not limited, to recordkeeping, reconciliation of the company’s stock-based long-term incentive program, and coordination with Finance, Tax and Payroll Departments to ensure accurate and timely data reporting for both domestic and international equity transactions. Administers the stock ownership guidelines and prepares reporting. Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, Federal, State, Local, Foreign and Expatriate tax laws & withholding requirements, and related requirements, including keeping abreast of the changing regulatory and payroll tax environment for an evolving business. Assists with development and administration of equity communications. Manages day to day relationship with outside vendors.
    - Works with internal/external audit on quarterly and year-end audits and Sarbanes-Oxley testing. Responsible for documentation of equity processes and assisting with oversight of SOX process controls. In addition, evaluates processes for streamlining and efficiency improvement.
    - Assist in the development and design of compensation programs (base pay, short-term incentive and long-term incentive plans) and performs full scope of activities related to the administration and delivery of these programs as needed.
    - Additional duties as assigned, not limited to, but including, completing third party Equity/Executive Compensation surveys, liaison to resolve participant inquiries concerning the equity program, assisting with various ad-hoc reporting/analysis for equity or executive compensation related projects, and working with an outside vendor to oversee relocations

    Qualifications (Text Only)

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent experience required
    - Proven experience administering the stock plans for a publicly traded company
    - Minimum 3+ years of experience in compensation related analytics
    - Certified Equity Professional credentials a plus.
    - Experience processing all types of stock grants, exercises, lapses, and reporting of payroll and taxes (including Performance Stock, Restricted Stock, Stock Units, and Non-Qualified Stock Options)
    - Expert knowledge of equity vehicles/plans, taxation and accounting treatment, and third party recordkeeping systems and services
    - Exposure to job evaluation, short-term incentive, and annual merit processes is a plus
    - Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Tax, Payroll, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting and Human Resources
    - Ability to interpret and understand legal/plan documents, regulations and government legislation
    - Knowledge of SEC filings, 10b5-1 plans, and stock ownership compliance administration
    - Ability to proficiently use computer software, including, Word, PowerPoint and Lawson
    - Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is recommended
    - Proven track record of applying critical thinking skills and discipline to deliver complete and accurate results
    - Experience in organizing and analyzing data into actionable recommendations and conclusions for presentation in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner
    - Possess ability to prioritize tasks, work independently as well as a team player
    - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment
    - Strong written, verbal and interpersonal relationship and communication skills
    - Ability to maintain confidential information
    - Strong numbers orientation and analytical skills, including knowledge of basic statistical and mathematical calculations
    - Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and deliver within project timelines
    - Exceptionally resourceful, detail-oriented, and focused on customer service
